By accessing this website or placing an order with The Sticky Pixels, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.
2. Custom & Personalized Products
Most products offered by The Sticky Pixels are custom-made or personalized specifically for each customer. Because these items are created to your specifications, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for refunds except as outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Please review all order details, personalization, and uploaded images carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Customer-Provided Photos & Content
By submitting photos or other content, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use them for printing and production.
The Sticky Pixels is not responsible for copyright infringement arising from customer-submitted materials and reserves the right to refuse any order containing unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
4. Product Measurements & Frame Sizing
Customers are solely responsible for measuring their photo magnets accurately and selecting the correct frame size.
Our product listings include sizing guidance and ordering tips, including recommended clearances for optimal fit. If you are unsure which size to order, please contact us at contact.thestickypixels@gmail.com before purchasing.
The Sticky Pixels is not responsible for fitment issues, incorrect size selection, or incompatibility resulting from inaccurate measurements or customer error.
5. STL Files & Digital Downloads
All STL files and digital downloads are non-refundable.
Purchasing an STL file grants you a non-exclusive license to print physical copies for personal use or for resale of printed items.
However, you may not:
- Sell, share, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the STL files themselves.
- Upload the digital files to websites, marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms.
- Claim the original design as your own.
- Modify the digital design for the purpose of redistributing or reselling the file.
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of The Sticky Pixels.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Full payment is required before production begins.
7. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation rests with the carrier.
If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should work directly with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation or claim.
Where shipping insurance has been purchased and coverage applies, The Sticky Pixels will reasonably cooperate with the claims process.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sticky Pixels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including product designs, 3D frame designs, STL files, images, graphics, logos, text, and branding, is owned by The Sticky Pixels and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
