Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Remakes for Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged due to production issues or contains a manufacturing or printing defect caused by The Sticky Pixels, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the defect or damage

If approved, we will remake the affected item at no additional charge.

Customer Errors

Remakes or replacements are not provided free of charge when issues result from:

  • Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer
  • Ordering the wrong frame size
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality uploaded images
  • Incorrect personalization details submitted during checkout
  • Customer preference changes after production begins

In these situations, a new order or applicable replacement charges will apply.

STL Files & Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all STL file purchases and digital downloads are final and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled once delivered.
