Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges required by their country.

Photo magnets typically ship within 1–3 business days. 3D frames and custom printed products typically ship within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary during busy seasons, holidays, or large custom orders.

Please measure your photo magnet carefully from edge to edge before ordering. We recommend allowing approximately 0.5–1 mm of extra clearance for easier fit.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct frame size. The Sticky Pixels is not responsible for sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements or incorrect size selection.

Yes. Our physical 3D frames include 25 mm round adhesive metal plates installed by us, unless otherwise stated.

These are metal plates, not magnets. Your photo magnet’s magnetic backing attaches to the metal plate inside the frame.

In some cases, due to export restrictions, import requirements, or high customs-related charges, metal plates may be included separately or customers may be advised to purchase them locally. If this applies to your order, we will inform you before or during order processing.

Photo magnets are not included with frames unless the product listing clearly states that they are included. Please read each product description carefully before placing your order.

STL file purchases are digital downloads only. No physical frame, photo magnets, adhesive metal plates, or accessories are included.

For STL prints, customers will need to purchase round adhesive metal plates separately. Common sizes such as 20 mm, 25 mm, or 30 mm can be used depending on the design, personal preferences and availability.

Yes, you may sell physical printed items made from our STL files.

However, you may not sell, share, distribute, upload, modify for redistribution, or resell the digital STL files themselves. Ownership of the original design remains with The Sticky Pixels.

No. Since our products are custom-made, personalized, or digital, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Refer to our refund policy for more information.

Customer-provided errors are the customer’s responsibility. This includes low-quality images, incorrect personalization, wrong size selection, or incorrect measurements.
