Shipping policy
The Sticky Pixels proudly ships worldwide.
Production times vary by product:
- Photo Magnets: Typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- 3D Frames & Custom Printed Products: Typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery dates are provided by shipping carriers and cannot be guaranteed. The Sticky Pixels is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
The Sticky Pixels cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been transferred to the carrier. If shipping insurance applies, we will cooperate in the claims process where appropriate.
