Introducing our SPINPIX ROUND ROTATING KEYCHAIN STL File, a digital 3D printing design created for makers, crafters, and small businesses who want to create personalized rotating photo keychains at home or in their workshop.
This STL file is designed for standard FDM 3D printers with 256mm x 256mm build volume and is designed to hold compatible round photo magnets, buttons, or other suitable round inserts.

Round Photo Magnet / Button Requirement for STL Files
To use the printed keychain as intended, customers will need compatible round photo magnets, buttons, or other suitable round inserts separately. The design is made to hold one round insert on each side.
Printing & Assembly Notes
The SpinPix is designed as a two-part assembly consisting of an Inner Ring and Outer Ring. Both parts are included in a single STL file and are designed to be printed separately.
After printing, the Inner Ring slides into the Outer Ring and securely snaps into place. No glue or additional hardware is required for assembly. The design includes a built-in printed hinge that allows the Inner Ring to rotate within the Outer Ring.
A small access slot is incorporated into the design to make removing the round inserts easier when required.
Print quality may vary depending on your 3D printer, slicer settings, filament type, printer calibration, print orientation, and assembly method. Customers are responsible for ensuring their printer settings, materials, and round insert sizes are suitable for the file.

You may print and sell physical items made from this STL file. You may not sell, share, distribute, upload, transfer, copy, modify for redistribution, or resell the digital STL file itself. The original design remains the intellectual property of The Sticky Pixels.

Consejos para ordenar marcos 3D y archivos STL

Para un mejor ajuste, mide tu foto imantada de borde a borde antes de ordenar. Recomendamos seleccionar un tamaño de marco que sea aproximadamente de 0.5 a 1 mm más grande que tu imán para permitir las tolerancias normales de fabricación y facilitar la inserción. Si tu imán mide 63.5 mm × 63.5 mm (2.5" × 2.5"), considera seleccionar un marco diseñado para imanes de aproximadamente 64.5 mm x 64.5 mm para una instalación más sencilla. (Si el tamaño de tu imán se encuentra entre dos opciones, elegir el tamaño ligeramente más grande suele ser el mejor ajuste).

Información de la placa metálica

Marcos 3D
Cada marco 3D incluye placas metálicas adhesivas redondas de 20 mm preinstaladas. Estas son placas metálicas, no imanes. La parte magnética de su foto imán se adhiere a la placa metálica dentro del marco.En raras ocasiones, debido a restricciones de exportación, requisitos de importación o problemas relacionados con la aduana, las placas metálicas pueden incluirse por separado o se puede aconsejar a los clientes que las compren localmente. Si esto se aplica a su pedido, se lo haremos saber.
Archivos STL
Para utilizar el marco impreso según lo previsto, los clientes deberán comprar placas metálicas adhesivas redondas por separado. Se pueden usar tamaños comunes como 20, 25 o 30 mm, según el diseño, las preferencias personales y la disponibilidad. Estas placas no son imanes. Son placas metálicas con adhesivo que permiten que los imanes fotográficos se adhieran al marco impreso.
